The Paul Galko Memorial Bulldog Crawl 5K and Walk

The EARC crew became fast friends with Paul Galko when he joined our "Couch to 5k" group last summer. And we were all devastated when we learned that he passed away unexpectedly back in December. In a fitting tribute to their friend, the Nanty Glo Fire Hall will be holding the inaugural, "Paul Galko Memorial Bulldog Crawl 5K and Walk" on Saturday, June 21, at 9:00 AM. 

Please support this event if you can. I'm sure that Paul's family and the Nanty Glo Fire Hall would appreciate it.

Bud Shuster Run for Your Life Race

This will be the sixth year for the Bud Shuster Run for Your Life Race, hosted by the Hollidaysburg 
Area YMCA on Saturday, April 19 at 8:00 AM. In addition to the 5K run, 2 mile run, and 2 mile walk, this year will also feature a 2-person 10k relay. So grab a friend and give this one a try!
